Welcome to My Hero Creations, LLC...We hope you find something you love. If you don't, let us know and we'll work together to create it! We offer a variety of hand-made items in a variety of shapes, fonts and designs.  All items are handmade and unique so variations from the photos may occur.

When purchasing from My Hero Creations, LLC you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, and agree not to hold My Hero Creations, LLC liable or responsible for any injury resulting from its products.  All small parts are a choking hazard for anyone under the age of 5 and the recommended age for wear is 6 years of age and above. Do not allow children to play with beads or let them place any jewelry, charms, findings, etc. in their mouths as they may accidentally ingest or choke on them.  Never suck or chew on your jewelry or wear it to bed, in the shower, or in the pool.  By purchasing items from My Hero Creations, LLC; you (the customer) agree the use of the item and the age of the child it is given to is entirely at the customer's own risk.

Our personalized custom charms, bracelets, rings, and necklaces are hand stamped by a team of hand-stampers using special tools. Thus, each piece will be unique and you should expect variations from the photos. No two pieces will be alike. Text and designs may not be absolutely perfect and straight as each letter is individually stamped. This gives you the unique detail to your charm and should not be considered a defect in craftsmanship.

DISCLAIMER:  The font color/darkened letters can fade and/or disappear over time.  This process may occur rather quickly if the jewelry is worn while sleeping, showering, cleaning, etc.  When this happens, there is a quick and easy fix that you can do at home.  You can use a Black Oil-Based Sharpie Paint Pen (we recommend Testors Enamel Paint Pens for rings) to color in the letters...let it dry completely...then you can remove any excess ink/paint that is outside of the letters with a little bit (less is more...it does not take much to take off the ink) of acetone nail polish remover (rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer works too) on a cotton makeup pad that you can find in the makeup section of Walmart for very little money (a tissue will work too).  If you are seeking a different color, you can use the "Painters" brand acrylic markers that can be purchased at Walmart (Sharpie Oil-Based Paint Pens will work for this as well).  Remove the excess by following the steps above.

No portion of this site may be copied, sold, reproduced, duplicated, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not permitted by My Hero Creations.

PAYMENT

All major credit/debit cards accepted...Your item will be created and shipped only after payment has been cleared, so please be aware of that if paying by e-Check. Please review and verify your receipt as we will list your item details on the invoice. Your invoice is your receipt, please save and/or print it.

We will not start working on your item(s) until we have received full payment.  If you need to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible, and we will cancel the transaction ONLY if your order has not yet been created. If the components have already been ordered and production on the order has already started, we reserve the right to complete the sale and ship the item.

Please check our shop announcement for current deadlines and turn around time before ordering to ensure you aren't disappointed by the delivery date of your item. Failure to do so does not entitle the purchaser to a refund. If there is no notice, the timelines in our policies will apply.

SMS MARKETING

By consenting to My Hero Creations, LLC’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a phone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or service.

Your right to privacy is important to us. You can see our Privacy Policy to determine how we collect and use your personal information.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping to addresses in the USA is FREE over $25 (we charge a FLAT Rate Fee of $5 for all orders under $25). We only offer international shipping by request only as some countries have import regulations that we are unable to meet. That cost does start at $20 as we do insure all international packages so we are both covered in the event of damage or a lost package...however, if this cost does not cover postage and insurance, we reserve the right to ask you to cover the remaining shipping cost.  Please see our shop announcement/pinned post for current turnaround time. If timeline is not specified, please refer to these policies for shipping times. Turnaround time is how long it will take us to create your handmade (custom) piece, this does not include the amount of time it will take for USPS to deliver it to you. Our time frame changes dependent upon our current workload. If this does not meet your needs, you must contact us BEFORE ordering to ensure that we can accommodate your request to have it out before then. 

Products will ship 2-3 weeks after payment is received. This is because your custom piece is not started (and the components are not ordered) until payment is made. If it will be longer than the estimated time, we will update you on the cause of the delay.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Once an item leaves our home, we no longer have any control over it. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by USPS, especially during the holiday season. My Hero Creations, LLC is not responsible for anything lost or stolen in transit (USPS). You will be provided with a tracking number and can use it to track your package via usps.com

Right now we ship only using UPS or United States Postal Service (Ground Advantage) unless otherwise stated. If you need a faster shipping method, please contact us PRIOR to checking out so that we can upgrade your listing's shipping cost. Priority and Express shipping is available for an additional cost. 

We ship all orders directly through Shipstation, so be certain to double check the address you enter to ensure your package reaches it's destination. Incorrect addresses will only delay the shipment and My Hero Creations, LLC is NOT responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address being provided.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, please be advised that we are not responsible for any Duty or Customs Fees charged upon your package's entrance to your country. The shipping cost you pay includes ONLY what it costs to send your package to your country via the United States Postal Service, we do not add extra fees in the shipping cost as all countries are different and there may not even be any fees assessed. We cannot track your package once it leaves the United States. Shipping times vary widely from country to country, even when they're relatively close, therefore we cannot accurately estimate your shipping time. All parcels will be marked with a true description of it's contents and will have a value amount on the label. We will not put gift or sample on the label. Do not ask us to do this to avoid fees imposed by Customs. It is the buyer's/recipient's responsiblity to pay the appropriate customs charges, if any. 

**Please visit a duty calculator to see if your country charges additional fees/taxes for items imported from the United States and let us know ASAP if you would like to cancel your order.  If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will proceed with your order as scheduled.**

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

 

DUE TO ITEMS BEING CUSTOM-MADE, THEY ARE NON-REFUNDABLE... However, if there was a mistake on our end, we will be sure to resolve this issue as soon as possible. The original item must be sent back to us beforehand. Once we receive the item, we will correct the mistake and ship it out back to the customer immediately.  We will not refund shipping costs (unless it is a mistake on our part) as you are not paying My Hero Creations, LLC; you are paying the post office to ship your order.  Unfortunately they do not work for free even though we want them to.
